If you are looking to buy a practice but do not have one in mind, then click on the BUYER button above. When we find a practice that meets your criteria, we will contact you. If we do not contact you, we are still looking for the practice that meets your criteria.
If you are looking to buy a practice and have a specific practice in mind, then click on the SELLER button above. We will send you a password to access SELLER STEP 2 so that you can upload the practice information necessary for us to analyze the practice you are considering.
SELLER
If you are looking to sell either part or all of a practice, then start the process by clicking on SELLERSTEP 1 above. Once you submit your information, we will send you a password within 24 hours to allow you access to SELLER STEP 2. You will upload your practice information into Providers Step 2. This permits us to analyze the practice. We will contact you if we need additional information or clarification of the information you submit. Within 10 days of your submission, we will contact you to discuss our analysis of the practice.
NOTE: Once you submit your information into SELLER STEP 2, you cannot go back to the information and make changes. You can submit again if necessary to either add or change information. It is best if you submit your information into SELLER 2 at one time rather than trying to submit it piecemeal over several days. Gather your information and then submit it.
